KEB America Showcases Synchronized Motion Control Capabilities at Automate

Manufacturers in industrial automation and robotics explore KEB’s motion control technologies designed to improve machine speed, precision, synchronization, and safety.

KEB America, the North American arm of KEB Automation KG, is presenting its comprehensive motion control solutions for robotics and automation machine builders at the Automate show in Detroit, Michigan. Featuring components such as S6 servo drives, TA servo motors, Compact 3 embedded controllers, and X1 HMIs, KEB’s system enables precise, efficient control of complex machine movements.

At booth 946, KEB is demonstrating synchronized motion control with an interactive display. The setup includes four S6 servo drives operating four TA servo motors in perfect coordination to mimic the interlacing motion of screws. This high-precision movement is driven by KEB’s Compact 3 controller using advanced camming profiles, while the X1 HMI, running the latest HELIO HMI software, manages system visualization.
