This is the world’s first flying car factory.
Situated in China's Guangzhou, the factory is being operated Xpeng’s flying-car division, now rebranded as Aridge.
The 120,000-square-meter facility integrates modern automotive assembly techniques with aviation-grade standards, spanning five main workshops: composites, propulsion, assembly, painting, and final integration.
This factory is designed for large-scale output: it has an initial capacity of 5,000 detachable aircraft modules per year, which can scale up to 10,000 units annually when fully operational, with one aircraft rolling off the line every 30 minutes.
On November 3, 2025, Aridge rolled out its first “Land Aircraft Carrier” air-module, marking the beginning of trial production.
