Solutions+ and Serco Join Forces to Create a Leading National Player in Facilities Management

Solutions+, a prominent UAE-based consultancy specializing in digital solutions and shared services and fully owned by Mubadala, has partnered with Serco, a global leader in delivering vital public services, to expand Khadamat Facilities Management L.L.C. This strategic alliance aims to strengthen the UAE’s position in the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) sector.

The agreement was formalized in Abu Dhabi, signed by Nasir Al Nabhani, Managing Director of Solutions+, and Phil Malem, CEO of Serco Middle East. The signing was witnessed by H.E. Homaid Al Shimmari, Chairman of the Solutions+ Board, Dr. Bakheet Al Katheeri, CEO of Mubadala’s UAE Investments platform, and Anthony Kirby, Group CEO of Serco.

Under the new arrangement, Solutions+ and Serco will combine their IFM service contracts within Khadamat Facilities Management L.L.C., forming a national leader in the IFM space. The partnership draws on Solutions+’s strengths in digital and operational transformation and Serco’s global expertise in delivering high-quality services across sectors such as transportation, real estate, healthcare, and citizen support.

This expanded collaboration marks a major step toward achieving excellence, sustainability, and innovation in managing the UAE’s essential infrastructure. It also underscores both companies’ commitment to Emiratisation, generating local economic value, and developing long-term national capabilities in alignment with the country’s development vision.
