Scientists from the Chinese Academy of Sciences have found relics of rare CI chondrite meteorites in Chang'e-6 moon samples. This discovery confirms these water-rich materials, which make up less than 1% of Earth's meteorites, migrated from the outer Solar System, reshaping our understanding of planetary formation and the origin of lunar water.
